Music summer Camp!

Classical Kids Camp (ages 5 -11)
Uptown Musikgarten Studio, 4600 St. Charles Ave. Maximum 16 children Children explore the classics through movement, instrument playing and listening. Campers will learn various pieces using our un-pitched percussion instruments, xylophones, glockenspiels, and keyboards. Students learn through games and activities about the various instruments in the orchestra, famous composers and make their own instruments. When we are not making music campers enjoy outside water play, free play in our classrooms with toys, crafts, legos and games and for our afternoon quiet time we listen to musical stories or watch excerpts from Disney's Fantasia. Our mixed-aged camps with a maximum of 16 children are small, nurturing and an excellent break from the vigor of the school year! |
