Family Music for the Young Child (2-4 years as of September, 2022)
Come and celebrate your child's love of nature and growing independence through activities which focus on favorite rhymes and the nature around us. Classes are designed to build attention and self-expression and include singing, chanting, moving, focused listening, musical games, creative movement, storytelling and instrument exploration. Parents/Caretakers participate with their child.
Semester 1- Twist & Turn
Mondays, 4:00-4:40, September 12th - January 23rd (no classes Oct. 31, Nov. 21, Dec. 19, 26, Jan. 16) or
Tuesdays, 4:00-4:40, September 6th - January 10th (no classes Nov. 22, 29, Dec. 20, 27)
Tuition & Materials- $330 (includes registration fee, 15 lessons, Book, CD and manipulative)
Semester 2- Nature's Music
Mondays, 4:00-4:40, January 30th - May 22nd (no classes Feb. 20 & April 10) or
Tuesdays, 4:00-4:40, January 17th - May 23rd (no classes February 14, 21, April 4 & 11)
Tuition & Materials- $330 (includes registration fee, 15 lessons, Book, CD and manipulative)
Makeup Lessons:
Families can schedule up to 2 makeups per semester where space is available. Please call Carla at (504) 717-5044 to reserve a spot in our Family Music for the Young Child classes on the alternating day.
